Disassemble the center armrest? [Solution p.1]

Hi friends!

Do you know how to disassemble the center armrest? Because mine is no longer in high position (when it is up, I have more guts lock ...) because I feel that a part of the opening mechanism broke away suddenly when I was looking for my keys in the glove compartment.

I removed the inner screws but nothing to do, no plastic comes, I wonder if it is necessary to remove the block that holds the base with nuts?

You have to pull the armrest forward. So that means in the direction of the steering wheel.
