Hi,

is there anybody here running K16 Hybrid turbo like the ones from LOBA or JW Racing? Any dyno sheets available?

P.S. sorry for not speaking German!

Below is dyno for JW Racing turbo. LOBA turbo made similar power (507 HP).

Hello. I know nobody who use the loba turbo but i know one guy use jwr stage 2 now.
But no dyno results yet.
Why you asking? I think there is not much difference between these turbos.

I would like to get some more dyno readings to verify the results and to hear experiences about driving impressions.
 
The most german are happy with arround 360ps and the most people fight where have the best exhaust :lol:

Next year more hybrid turbos on the street ;)
 
Well, with the good tune and good aftermarket cams folks in Sweden are able to reach 400 HP with OE turbo without any problems. :D

Assuming, of course, you have good free flow exhaust and good IC.
 
I have 410-420 ps with jwr120i, stage 1 cams, 200cells cat and the normal hardware and standart turbo. Till now :mrgreen:

Yes, that is a very good result. :thumbs-up_new:

With Stage 2 Hybrid turbo you should be able to get 490-500 HP with the same tune.
 
No. This 490 bhp would be arround 450-460 on german dynos ;)
I go something bigger....hybrid stage 3+ 8O :D

11, 5 is very good for your car. How many power do you have,?

Yep, your dynos are very "conservative" in a honest way. :)

My C70 has K16 RS turbo and also tune made by Autotech. It makes 384 HP and weights 1714 kg when empty.

I measured it with Dynomaster app for Android which uses speed measured by phones GPS chip and timer.

So you allow other cars apart from Focus RS? Or is it only because Volvo is manufacturing your engine? :D

You can also show your Bobycar :ugly: Haha, I m asking me why the Focus RS is faster than the Volvos and you need an RS Turbo :mrgreen:

Eh, that turbo was ordered by Volvo from Borg & Warner, so not really a product of Ford engineering. :mrgreen:

Btw, who will make you a tune for your big turbo setup?

Is there anybody here running some bigger turbos on RS, like GTX3076R or some bigger AFR turbos?

Ja, I read that topic but was not able to found any dyno sheets. How much is that car making?

Btw, JW Racing hybrid Stage 2 turbo is making at least 45-46 lb/min of airflow. As EFR 6758 is making 49 lb/min I am not totally convinced it is worth the effort to install it as K16 hybrid is bolt on.
 
...all power stages are drivable - even if you reach 600 hp (there are some in the UK) - it depends on the driver, and at least in higher gears for speed you can never have enough or "too much" power
