does anybody else has this fault with his headlights (dull spots)
looks like my small lights are giving to much heat
can i do something about it ???
and does anybody have any tips on what white (leds ore other) small lights i can use that doesnt have this problem ???
thanks

You have to use bulbs with 3 watt not 5. Or LED instead. But be carefull. LED have to be used outside the headlamp for a while. Otherwise you have the same problem.

gesendet? Hat er!

nono , dont install 3w. this wont fix the problem

use 1-2w bulbs to delay/fix this problem.

thanks guys i didnt have problem with the originals but when i put in the leds i had this problem
i can put in 1 or 2 watts but this will not take away the spots :nein: i think because they are allready there now
is there any way i can get these away

You have to use LED's where the diod's are only foward-facing and not to all sides.

Like these ones: klick me

I use them for about 2 years now and i've had no problems with em.

Nothing van fix this. It's on the inside. Maybe you can try with a "wattenstaafje".
First remove the headlights. Its easy to remove them.

Maybe with some polish cleaning.

With a long one, not with the regular small ones ofcourse.

"wattenstaafje" wont reach this position , the angle is too strong...

in addiction , the inner "glass" is scorched too.
thats not fixable :(

:selbstmord:
That really sucks
So i can throw them away and buy some very expansive new lights
:x

... or change the lamps that this "milky areas" don´t get worse or bigger and than go on using them ...

... it´s not a dramatic problem ... :prost:

As last act you can try the backing oven. But it's a bit tricky. ...especially to close them airtight, to have no water in it later.

They write 10min / 80°C

I give no guarantee. I have never tried it.
